Eligibility #
Requirements:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, public entity partners, and tribes located in the Pacific Northwest
- One booking per organization annually (not per department)
- Groups of 35 people or fewer
Approved meeting types:
- Board and leadership meetings
- Staff planning retreats
- Educational programs
- Strategic planning sessions
- Internal meetings for staff and organizational development
Not available for: fundraisers, galas, holiday parties, political events, ticketed events, or social gatherings
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (subject to availability). We ask that all activities including arrival, room setup, your meeting, cleanup, and departure be completed within your reserved time slot.

Cascadia Multipurpose Room #

Technology included:
- Large LCD screen with two dropdown overflow screens
- Ceiling speakers for audio/video
- AV access via local PC or HDMI (several HDMI adapters are available, but please bring your own if you have them to ensure compatibility)
- Whiteboard and markers
Video conferencing: Available through your preferred platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Guests are responsible for the setup and management of the call. No phone line is provided in this room.

Denali Boardroom #


Seats up to 15, fixed furniture arrangement.
Technology included:

- Built-in camera and ceiling microphones for video calls
- You provide the conference link (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

Food and Beverages #
What we provide: Coffee, tea, and water. Please review the Self-Serve Beverage Guide to find full details on the self serve model.
What you can bring: Pre-prepared pastries, fruit, or snack trays (no serving items provided)
Full catering: You are welcome to order catering or have food delivered to our office. Please see the list of frequently used caterers who can use our on-site kitchen. You work directly with caterers for all arrangements and costs, and we ask that you leave the kitchen clean and as you found it.

What You Need to Know #
Room setup and cleanup: Plan time within Murdock Trust business hours to set up and reset the room as you found it. Download Cleanup Checklist for details.
During your meeting: Our staff conducts normal operations during business hours. Please ensure all attendees and guests are aware of the working space and that conversation volumes remain appropriate for an office setting. We ask that guests conduct phone calls only in the designated meeting room reserved, on the balcony, or in the 1st floor lobby (sound travels easily in our office space).
Parking: No reserved spaces or parking reimbursements available. Carpooling is recommended. Parking options:

Request a Meeting Room #
Advance notice: Minimum two weeks (earlier preferred). Book up to six months ahead.
Response time: We'll respond within a few business days. As a reminder, submitting the form is a request and not a reservation. Once availability and eligibility is confirmed and the meeting space use agreement is signed and returned, your meeting will be reserved.
